First Cash Pawn, Scottsbluff, NE

Purchased tools and gold ring and necklace that I though was 10k. The clerk told me that as well as the tag. After I wore it about an hour it turned black. I cleaned it and looked more closely realizing it wasn’t white gold. I was so upset I wouldn’t get money back or even store credit. Was I surprised! I got money back and ended up getting a new ring. They did the right thing!

This is one of our better pawn shops. Never pawned here before but can sometimes find good stuff here if you look around. Great selection on TV's and older game systems/games. Lots of tools that have been sold for purchase. Also an audio equipment section and instrument section. Seems a bit more empty than it ever used to be. Sometimes service is slow and not so helpful. Can also sell old stuff or unnecessary things you have laying around but don't expect to get what you paid for it. Good location with slightly cramped parking lot.

This is a great store with a nice selection of merchandise. Very knowledgeable staff and always willing to help.

The rudest customer service I have ever had do Not pawn stuff there they break items they are a RIP off !!! And Vick the owner is friends with the district manager so cant go to corporate to complain well the Better business bureau needs to get involved and will be getting a call poor customer relations theft of items No do not go there 0 stars

The shop in our town is disgusting. Filthy everywhere. Makes me feel gross walking in the door. Paper and trash all over the floors. Employees sitting around talking and puffing on their vapes with children in the building with their parents. The floor is covered in dirt. It's very unpleasant and unprofessional. The Employees are rude and ghetto to say the least. Very poorly managed with absolutely no discipline or ordinance. I hope this email finds the proper professional to look into and fix this disturbing matter of the store in Scottsbluff Nebraska. Thank you for your time, concerned and and disgusted customer

If there were a lower rating than 1 star, it would be fitting for this dump. This store is disgusting and it's staff are pigs. Must be how they got hired by fitting in the trashy atmosphere. Pigs live better than that.

Made a good deal on tools, very satisfied, reasonable selection, would visit again
