Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union, Scottsbluff, NE

They have always been my bank for more than a year and a half always was very nice and helped me in every single way.. I love all staff. Love banking with you guys.. thank u for everything..

It keeps kicking me out of my account and saying I don't even have an account with Maridian trust. Not worth the hassle, I feel. I wouldn't recommend.

Mind you whoever reads this i would prefer to give zero stars but not an option. Use the ATM at your own risk. My son was shorted 30 bucks, was told he would get 20 back. I called and asked why does my son have to eat the 10 bucks. I was told by Jackie Hoff that he will get the 10 that he was shorted but it would be a one time deal. So going forward we will not use Meridian's ATM's if there is any chance of being shorted. Horrible customer service as well. They may as well just call you a con from the start, which we are not. His credit union has been contacted about Meridian's shady practices.

Not compatible with any apps whatsoever. My sisters account got hacked more then once which why I left the FIRST time. Had countless errors when they switched over from Western Heritage. Already left this bank once and now I’m going to have to do it again. Yay.

Quality, quick, considerate and professional are not good enough words to express how we are treated. We, my wife and I feel we are there number one customer with four accounts. We love Meridian Trust.

I would give zero stars if I could because of upper management they are very hard to work with! Cheyenne location is NO good absolutely NO GOOD!! Scottsbluff is amazing but unable to do a job due to the Cheyenne branch. Fair lending, yep, they dont follow that. I used to refer everyone and now I never will. Pull your investments out and go somewhere else that cares about their customers!!!!!

Do not bank here if you have irregular cash flow. Every last check you try to deposit will be put on hold. Have had so many problems ever since the switch from western heritage.
