Thank you! Without this program we would not been able to get a regular bank home loan. We love our new home! We now own a manufactured home and the process was pretty easy. Without this program we would have not got a home loan. Our credit was not where it needed to be for a regular home loan. This program is awesome and worked with us to get a home loan with our credit scores it may not have been possible. Thank you Tammy Wells and all to make home ownership possible and we would recommend to anybody with not so good a credit scores like a typical bank loan. We can't thank you enough!

This place is BS, they claim it helps lower income people get a loan, we make decent money and got denied for a mobile home costing $99000. We had to pay $67.00 credit check fee and their interest was well over 8%. Also wanted 5% down. How are low income people suppose to have that kind of money??? One of the reasons for my denial they said was insufficient income for the amount requested. The second reason was I didn't have enough cash on hand/or insufficient funds to close the loan. And also that I had a lack of cash reserves. I guess the almost $5000 in the bank wasn't good enough for them. But yet we were able to pay $1500 rent and two car payments plus bills and etc.

It has almost been 5 years of having a mortgage through this company. I recently pulled my credit report and found out that it has been 8 months since they stopped sending record of my payments to the credit bureau. After multiple phone calls and being put on hold for more than 30 minutes, i was told it was their policy to stop reporting payments. This has caused a big issue. Further steps will be taken to get this corrected.

Honestly I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I emailed the guy important documents and it took me three weeks to hear an answer and he said he "forgot" to send me the next thing and then sent it to the wrong email! I would have to email at least twice if not three times to get a simple answer back. It was the worst experience I have ever been through and I will never recommend them and urge people to not go through them. Also after being pre-approved we were denied with great credit and plenty of income, just don't go through them.

Community Loan Funds interest is the highest around. They are suppose to help low income, but after financing with them for 5.5 years was told I did not qualify to refinance due to my income after being pre-approved and paying their application fees. I have excellent credit and they did not help in any way! Financed through another institution no problem and I am currently paid way ahead of schedule!

From the beginning Ron was incredibly kind and patient. We bothered him multiple times a day most days and we never felt like a bother. He was always there with an answer or to point us in the right direction. Once we started working with Heather and Sandy as well, everyone treated us exactly the same. We feel so lucky to have found this organization that truly just wanted us to succeed and held our hands through each hurdle and hoop. Thank you all for helping us to buy/build our new home and making our dreams come true!!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Because of this company we were out of our house for three weeks. They were very aware I needed knee surgery and when I gave them the date for my knee surgery, they decided that they were going to close after my knee surgery. When they had three weeks notice when my surgery was . Our realtor called so much that they stopped picking up when they saw her number, but picked up when they saw her husband’s number Thankfully, our realtor and our closing company threw a fit towards them .When we pay they don’t report it to our credit company. My mom missed one payment which I paid and now they’re saying we’re 60 days late. We had a fire and and my mom wrote to them, explaining that we needed help because of the fire in my bedroom, and they gave us no assistance. my mom even emailed them and called them in tears and nobody responded. They always say we will help you in rough times but instead they impact your credit score and charge you more money because of this we’re looking for a new place but because of the community loan funds screwing us over we might have some issues. Now they decided when we are close to selling our home instead of taking interest away which by law they decided to add it and guess what they told my mom she didn’t pay in my mom had proof of payment. And and I wish the governor would get involved and penalize this company for what it is done to its customers. This company is nothing but a scam
