Great customer service. The rates are high but you know that going in. Easy quick cash if you pay it early it’s a great resource

I wanted to get a small loan. Called One Main Financial and was directed to Jen by Zoie. After speaking with Jen, she advised me of the documents that would be needed. Jen would send me an email & I could go from there. I had a question so I called back. Jen was not available but the Manager Christopher answered all my questions and then some. Soon after that Jen called me, and together we completed the loan process. Everyone in that office should be commended for their excellent customer service. The most important thing is the customer and Jen made me feel very comfortable. Thank you, Jen, Zoie & of course, Christopher for having such conscientious people working for you.

Concord office has some amazing staff. They are willing to help, do whatever they can to accommodate your needs, and always make sure you feel comfortable. After dealing with a different branch of One Main Financial, this group was a breath of fresh air. I almost didn't use One Main, but Zoey, Chris, and Mark changed my mind, and were great to work with.

I would recommend OneMain Financial in Concord to anyone looking for a fast, painless loan process. They are very professional and great to work with. They don't want your DNA like most loan companies, but instead just a small list of general info. Chris was very nice and got us in and out of there in no time. I was worried that it was going to be like closing on a new home, but nope, it was easy-peasy. I would happily use this company again in the future if needed. OneMain was there to help me when neither of my 2 banks would give me the time of day. They took the time to review my credit and understand the past credit problems and still notice the continual prior 4 years of paying off debt resulting from a divorce. I expected the higher interest rate due to my below average credit score but was willing to, and can afford to, pay it. Chris and Nick were both prompt, professional and helpful in returning my calls and getting me the info I need. It may be worth your time to check them out BEFORE you head to your personal bank!
