I first worked with Tom back in 2019 when I bought my first house. He was amazing to work with. He took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood what was going on. As I was a first time, young home buyer there were a lot of different loan options; he ran all the numbers, and we went over all the options. It went as smoothly as I can imagine it could. I have since refinanced my loan with him when all the rates dropped and we shaved PMI and 10 years off the overall length of my loan.
