Service Credit Union, Rochester, NH

Poor Customer Service when contacting the 24 hour Member Services Line. After waiting on hold for 22 minutes, finally getting a member services rep only to be told her computer was running slow, call back later.

I was not impressed with the tellers lack of knowledge! Telling me there is a daily limit when in fact there is not! Only if there is a pin code is there a limit. Listening to her sigh about taking money out of the bank? Another teller yelling to her across the bank,to just give him 20’s. Only because her wrist hurts was she not going to do that. I had asked for large bills and agin making me feel guilty about making a transaction! Uncalled for and unprofessional. Called to speak to manager but was unable To speak.. Love Service Credit Union but I think it’s time I start shopping for another credit union to do my business with. What a shame!!! Good luck to your branch in Rochester NH Walmart. I will not be returning to this location. You need to teach your tellers better. They are misinformed or incompetent to do their job. Again making a member feel guilty about using their service is uncalled for. Everything happens for a reason. Time to start shopping other credit unions. they make it quick and easy to complete a transaction , also pleasant people compared to other branches i've been too
