Service Credit Union, Rochester, NH

There employees at this branch need to learn how to with the public. I’ve been in several times not one smile. They must hate their job! Whenever I can I use the drive up or another service credit union branch.

The worst bank ever. First they give you checks but don't tell you in order to use those checks for a CHECKING account you have to go to your profile and enroll. So thanks for all those bounced checks. Then theyrepeatedly have a problem with their in bank transfers. Then know a person is buying a house for cash, give them a proof of funds for buying a house and don't let anyone know so that when a wire transfer is made, confirmed and completed you flag the transfer freeze the account and cause someone to potentially loose their home. On top of that you cant correct it in time to keep your customers from missing their vacation. Z

I've been whith them for 15 years and they are the best by far .nomatter what one I go to so big thumbs up.

SCU has always reversed any amount of overdraft fees my acct has acquired for any amount of reasons. With a simple reminder of my customer loyalty and having always maintained a good acct status, those fees are always reversed. Thank you guys for having my back

Met a high up at the company. Told me to apply for a loan and that they have good rates etc. (obv I know he doesn’t approve loans) I just bought a house and have a 700+ credit score and looking to refinance my car that’s at an 8.9 interest rate and they declined me. I have a 100% payment history. A bank elsewhere will collect my interest. Not recommended

I have been banking here since I was 16 (now 20) I have never had a problem with any employees at any branch or a bad experience inside of a SCU. I came here to write a review simply because of the terrible new atm software and the new check deposit system. Go back to the way everything was a year ago Or I will just find a different Bank to do most of my banking with. Thanks
