Brian took a very intimidating process and made use feel comfortable, confident, and prepared. As first-time home buyers he took the time to do an intro phone call and walk us through every step of the home-buying process, how to "assemble our A-team" to make sure we were ready when we found our dream home, and what to expect during the mortgage application process. While we were condo shopping we was very responsive to emails and texts which helped so much as we determined what we could comfortably afford. Once we were ready to submit an offer, he was with us every step of the way and made time for us even on weekends/evenings during negotiations with the seller. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Brian made sure we secured the best rate possible and were taken care of by Jen and team between the offer and closing.
