Worst Bank I've ever dealt with. I have a friend who had stage 4 throat cancer and has No voice back or vocal chords. When he opened the account they Assured him that they would work with his disabilities. They lied. He has no ability to speak so he cannot call. They won't speak to anyone if they call on his behalf. They were supposed to add me as someone to speak on his behalf & Without my knowledge added me to his credit card as a authorized user I didn't have a card and then it was attached to my credit???!!! To date they have overcharged him do NOT respond to multiple emails From him so they literally are abusing and taking advantage of a guy who can't defend himself or speak for himself. If you are disabled incapable of speaking for yourself DO NOT USE THIS BANK. Their online system & app are horrible & your locked out more times in a year than I've ever encountered with any bank. He will be closing his accounts. Because abusing the disabled is a Sin

Mike Hanna was extremely helpful in purchasing my leased vehicle. Nice low rate, easy to deal with, simple process and also helped me connect with my insurance company. Closing documents were signed within 48 hours. Highly recommend.

We have been banking with them since 2018, paying off a car loan. As of last month, they’re suddenly “not receiving our payments on time,” when my actual bank is showing me proof of them receiving them and not depositing them. I pay 1-2 weeks in advance, but somehow they have issues with mail now. They had absolutely no issue receiving our payments last year during the most delayed mail time. Suddenly, “their mail is messed up,” and they’re not receiving payments on time. My bank said, verbatim, “they are more-than-likely not cashing the checks when they get them.”
I paid two weeks ago and they still somehow didn’t receive it. I will not be accepting any late fee or automated message. The manager at this place emailed me saying she didn’t believe my proof of my my bank statement showing the tracking of the each check. February’s check cleared ON OUR DUE DATE, but she said “they didn’t get it until the 24th,” and sent us a late payment notice. I called my bank twice and they verified the tracking is correct. Why/how would they lie about this anyway??
I’m over this and I wish I could bring this loan elsewhere.

Complete cluster of a company. Sure they can get you a loan and do what you went there for, but what a nightmare if you ever need help with anything. I gave my ss number, name, address, security questions, pretty much every single thing you can ask for, just to reset my online banking password. Well they wanted my account number that I was told was in the folder they give you at the office for your visit. Yeah that was 2 years ago I don’t have that. So now I have to drive all the way to the office to get my account number when they have pretty much every demographic about me from the phone call. Ridiculous

The banks itself is ok, but the mobile app OMG what a disaster! It rarely works. Can never "valid" me, so I change my password. It works for a day and then I have to start the process all over again. Meanwhile my password works fine on a regular desktop. Makes ZERO sense.

Just deposited a check and atm took forever to process. Can’t even deposit it through the app cause it wouldn’t log me in even if I put in the right password
