Wow!! Here is how it went!! Filled out an app online.. Asked for a call. Margaret called in 5 mins.. Sent me the link to look at cars in my range.. NO PRESSURE! Picked out a car... And decided to come in right away.. Greeted at the door by the dynamic Dylan Reid! We talked for a few,.. Then came The energized Eddie! Asked me to look at another car that he thought I would like.. Same price.. More bells and whistles.. Better mpg..! NO PRESSURE!! Drove it... Looked at the other. He was right! Then on the see.. Extra special Alex! The financing couldn't have been less painful!! It was late and they stayed open just for me!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Thanks to everyone!!

I want to commend Budd and all in the finance dept on how personable and they are. I didn’t want to have to buy a car but I needed to, and the whole experience was made great by the pine belt team! On Tuesday October 17th I purchased a Vehicle from Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River. Stephen Galayda was the Sales person I dealt with. I originally went in to trade my pickup in for an SUV being I needed more enclosed storage space for my equipment. Being my credit was not the best it was not an easy task for Stephen. After going over a few different options, I was about to purchase an SUV. Before I could get to the paperwork the vehicle I eventually purchased was brought in as a trade. So Stephen was able to get me into a nicer vehicle for less money down, and a good final price. Stephen started the process on Monday and came in Tuesday on his day off, to make sure the vehicle was in perfect shape before I took it off the lot. He worked around my work schedule even though that took away a good chunk of his off time. Steven is new to the Sales team but is a good guy, he is layed back, not pushy or hovering like some of them out there. In the end I would have to say that all of the staff I met at Pine Belt were good, and I would recommend them to others looking for a Vehicle. 2016 Cadillac XTS vsport Platinum
