OneMain Financial, Union, NJ

Customer service is good but they say you are approved when you not. No one answers the phone nor keep you updated with your application. 30 percent for interest is ridiculous as well. If you want a loan go through your local credit union.

I was able to take care of the small nagging bills on my plate and wrap them up in a reasonable monthly payment. Charles customer service skills and proficiency, I certainly appreciated. Never did a review in my life. Never intended to do one also, but what I experienced from one main financial I could've never imagined. The experience there was horrible and I regret even giving them a chance. I was given false hope and driven into a path of rejection. Never told me the requirements or needs for approval. They made it sweet and simple. In the end it resulted in denial and my credit score going down. If I was told beforehand what could be reasons why I wouldn't be approved. I would have never have gave them my information and just left the office. If you're looking for a personal loan to help you with your credit score. We'll try another option because one main will only help you make it worse!!!

My loan officer, Anna V., was great! She provided loan information and took time to answer all of my questions. I did not at any time feel rushed or pressured. She clearly explained options for repayment. I would recommend One Main to anyone who is looking for a loan.

Very simple and speedy process...can be done totally virtual. My rep/loan officer Cruz was incredibly accommodating and flexible...she made the process seamless as possible.
