The new staff at this location are ok but are not at all concerned about how long they take to get a customer on their way. I got the impression that they were planning to make full use of their waiting area. I went in to have my card check was told by a gentleman to go sit in the waiting area which I did... After almost 20min later a different employee waited on me. She handled my concern within a reasonable time frame. But after it was all said and done I was leaving the bank a half hour later from when I enter. I also should mention that when I left the building and drove around to the ATM I couldn't help but notice the three lanes were full with only one teller. & finally I get to the ATM and the machine goes to print my receipt but can't because they didn't put a fresh roll in the machine. I much prefer the staff that was here from Capital Bank before Ocean Bank staff came in. They were professional and concerned about their customers. They even new their customers by name.

Dealing with an issue with my debit card number getting compromised. Kristen McMullen has been so helpful and patient! She helped me go through all the charges looking for all the fraudulent transactions. Really appreciate her great customer service!!
