Land Home Financial website is NOT user friendly. Their platform does not have the proper use to pay a mortgage payment. I called their customer service line, and all the lady could tell me is that there is a glitch in the system therefore their system is down. I do not feel comfortable pay my mortgage over the phone or sending a check to the California location. I also didn’t ask for you all to take over my mortgage from Wells Fargo. I am a dissatisfied customer for sure. I went from paying my mortgage on the Wells Fargo app to Land Home Financial having a glitch and not having the proper solution to route me to. I will definitely be refinancing with a different mortgage lender.
