Spent the new years weekend without money in the bank due to a clerical error. On the following Tuesday when I did finally speak to a representative, he confirmed the clerical error and proceeded to tell me that it wasn't that big a deal. Well, it was a big deal to me, Sir. I will switch banks one of these days soon when time allows

I’ve had money taken out of my account! It happened once now it’s twice I’m considering changing banks! The people that work there are very nice but somebody is stealing from me

Always have been treated with respect the teller, and account specialist are always on top of things. Everyone that work in this bank are amazing.

There was fraud ony account so they closed me out and only returned half of the money 10 days later after bank closed me out and lied about a check they mailed so supervisor Randy canceled the cashier's check and allowed me to go up and get it only half of the money they caused check fees they caused grief time off work and rent not being paid when I had the money because of their employees lied saying they sent it locally to highly recommend using another bank and I've always kept it over a thousand in my account this place is horrible and very unprofessional and ethical employees
