For a professional bank their banking mobile app is so bad I can't even check my balance. Been with OFCU for 20+ years of they don't fix their app I'm going to a bank where I can see how much money is on my account. Just ridiculous.

We've been with OFCU for 14 years and have NEVER had a problem. Would highly recommend!

This company needs to fire their software person and hire a new one. Website or app don't work! This company might also consider getting a new president!!

Still not worth doing business here. I came years back to open a bank account and try it out. To open it's $25, that's all I out in there because I already didn't trust them. Three months later I still hadn't received my debit card, after many calls of course there reasoning now was because they feared it to be used for fraud. So I closed the account, costing me the $25. Present day still come to do business here but still annoyed by how unprofessional they are. I call ahead to schedule with notary, they say I don't need an appointment, that's great, but when I show up and wait there goes lunch break because I had to wait. I get it your busy, hence the point of me scheduling ahead, so I don't miss more work. So from what I've seen, OFCU doesn't work with people.

Normally pretty good. Kinda sucks when they're down for maintenance, but not bad overall

I have been banking with OFCU for 30 years and even set my family to bank here as well.. but this bank treats you and your money horrible.. Getting loans with this bank is a nightmare even with good credit and an income... we they never ans their phones.. cashing a $500 check and this place held it even tho we cashed checks from a certain place for 18 yrs.. all because they said it was not familiar and out of state ck. And yet I was told this was a brand new teller who held our check.. WHO DOES THAT?? Then I was told they gonna release it only for us to have to wait 5 days for the ck.. NOT HAPPY!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
