Loco Credit Union, Alamogordo, NM

I had a car loan through local credit union at the end of June 2023. Unfortunately, I couldn’t keep the car and I gave it back within three weeks. I’m still fighting to get that taken off of my record. I paid them $125 to reverse the loan gave the car back in the car that actually got sold already and my questions are not being answered nobody to talk to and the day that I went in there. They told me that they don’t see anybody in person. What kind of business doesn’t talk to the people in person and I’m still fighting in Still have a loan in my name for a car that has already been sold to someone else. They are horrible business and I would never in my life ever do any kind of business with them ever again so if anybody knows how to get in contact with the actual owner please let me know because this is going into October and I still have no answers!!!!!

Moved out of state and had an 8 day lapse of the type of car insurance policy they demand you have ( or you are hit with an extra $90 in collateral charges per month ). Still fighting to get it removed from my loan. I should of bit the bullet and went up to el paso to get financing, going local was a mistake. I have never missed a payment and I've always been employed.
