Always friendly. Only one teller every time I go in but they are quick while being thorough at the same time.

First Savings Bank in Alamogordo has an extremely knowledgeable staff with impeccable customer service! I'm completely happy and impressed with the service and products they have provided to me! :)

Had to call multiple times before cards were ordered and then once received the account was closed due to inactivity on the account.

Excellent Customer Service. Resolve all the issues in very quick time.

The worst bank to bank at! I would suggest a different bank. I've had nothing but bad problems with this bank. And I will be closing my account! They cancel your card because they think somethings fraud when it's not. They will keep your money from you knowing you are out of town. And suggests a circle k card for gas. What service.
