"Goes above and beyond to help meet client needs" is the first thing that comes to mind. No hidden fees or unexpected delays on transactions and - more importantly - personal attention to important matters like making sure transfers and deposits happen on time. It really shows how much the staff at this branch care when they take the time to listen to a complex situation and then find the best way to get it done instead of trying to rush you out of the office or trying to avoid fixing a problem like I've experienced with other banks. One time, the Assistant Branch Manager offered to help with another bank's processing issue so it didn't negatively impact my account; a different time, the Branch Manager sat down with me to explain how to fill out one of their forms. Really friendly people that make you feel like one of the family.

She had me email her the required documents ahead of time and she took care of the review and approval prior to our appointment. Lydia is professional yet personable, thorough and efficient. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. Up until 3 months ago when they implemented holds on checks deposited via the app for 24 hours! They “encourage” use of mobile app but then do this!?!? You have to physically go in and deposit to have full amount in your account!!! I will be changing banks as I do not have time To drive across town every two weeks to physically deposit a check!!!
