I was at the San Mateo store today terry is so nice to this customer is trying to fill out loans and they don’t qualify she even offered for them to go online and other services maybe to see what they could do to get a loan. Customer was just screaming at her that she needs to get this loan approved now but she was being very nice and trying to help him. She’s always helpful with me and I appreciate her working for

I’ve gone to Ace for years and Brandy has hands down been the best manager and employee for the company. I am always in and out, she always helps me stay on track with loans, and her kindness and care is above the standard. Go to her store no matter where you live because it is worth the drive

Quick and easy to cash a check. The fees were on the high side but better than waiting for days for the check to clear my bank.

My overall experience was satisfactory. The customer service was great and quick. One associate working ( HILARY) and she did wonderful to service everyone in a timely manner. It would be nice to have more than one associate. The one thing I have a complaint about is the fees, they have for everything. I also bank through them and they charge you for everything. To cash a check, deposit money into your account or withdrawal from it, and there is an extra fee for ATM usage which is ridiculous when they dont have any ATMs designated for their bank. These are unnecessary charges and should be waived if you bank with them.
