Went in to cash a very small check. Told me they aren't cashing checks due to insufficient funds. I asked how they arent cashing checks when it is a check cashing store??? Lady was very rude.

Jasmine is the most helpful and understanding employee here. I would recommend this place anytime, even to my best friend or family. Keep up the great work

Rude, adversarial, combative associates. Specifically Jasmine. Talk about Can't Understand Normal Thinking. Take your business elsewhere.

Krystal & Payden we're very professional courtesy and nice the way customer service should be given.... So I've been with checkmate now for almost 6months I guess I am fourteen days shy of my move up date in the loan I guess but they can't honor it. I don't need the money in fourteen days I needed it today so I could go on the road with my sister and if I see something had the money instead of feeling like a bum..😥 Wow but I guess that is what I get for being on time and honest...
