The staff that works at this branch really should be holding HR Seminars to local realtors, banks, and, just about every other business in Albuquerque. I'm just sayin.

Christian has been very helpful since day one, he provides the best options and was very Quick to Respond to my emails when I started to worry about losing my job. He provided all the paperwork I needed just in case and let me know that everything with the payments was going to be ok, thank you again Christian. Melissa C

It is never comfortable trying to get a loan, but Ashli and Jennifer were very professional and responsive. They were patient and were able to get me the funds I needed. I highly recommend!

The worst experience from any business in my life. Last year when my loan was granted one of the checks they sent to my creditors did'nt get received. My calls to the One Main office were ignored. Called the main office in Indiana and it was obvious they didn't believe me. It took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get them motivated. Now I'm dealing with another issue involving a payment to them with the same lackadaisical attitude. Manager is "out of town" an can't speak to me. AWFUL COMPANY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I have never had a bad experience with them. Always very pleasant to work and speak with they are especially mindful of disabled Veterans, Great Bunch of very talented Individuals there. Thank you so very much.

If you make 2400$ per month and apply for a 2k loan with a credit score over 600….good luck! Don’t waste your time. Go vote SENATE BILL 15!!!! Make these folks accountable and affordable!!!
