I have been with payment 1 for many years and have never had a problem getting a loan to go through it has always been done exactly when I needed it, until I recently tried to increase my loan and it took several hours to get a response I uploaded everything requested and signed the paperwork within a couple hours of them closing I was understanding that it may roll into the next day but, it did not no one contacted me the following day and now the loan I applied for on Friday won't be funded until Monday I know they have same day funding so it should have been funded no latter then Saturday morning. This may be my last loan with them.

Best customer service in town the ladies are very professional and very helpful made my experience a great one! I will definitely recommend all my friends and family here thank you ladies for making my day so much better!

I went to the location and Donna was very nice and professional when I needed help with a loan. They helped me right away and it was Hassel free and stress free. I will recommend anyone to her and the company because they know how to help and take care of the customer. I would give then 10 stars if I could.

This location and Company is awesome. It is never comfortable trying to get a loan, but they make it a very easy and welcoming experience. I have used other companies in the past, and bar none this is the best when it comes to an installment loan. They will work with you any way they can. You also do not have to wait until a loan is paid off to refinance it if you need a little extra cash. If your account is in good standing, it has never been a problem. Having to get a loan is usually a pretty uncomfortable situation but Susan made me feel so comfortable!! She took the time to answer my questions and didn’t rush me. She was so friendly and understanding! I would recommend this location to everyone! Thanks again!

Seems knowledgeable for the 1 minute interaction I had. I can't get a loan at all because I'm an Uber driver. Stuck in the past like a lot of these businesses. Pointless company.

They really need to fix their phones. Every single time I’ve ever tried calling them, they can never hear me and just hang up. Irritating

My boyfriend was looking to get a small loan but was denied. He has no credit but why say on Google search that u offer loans with no credit check. Was a lie. U need to change your status of loans. He was only offered a title loan not any other loan.
