Everybody that I dealt with was very professional and helpful. They made the entire loan process a very pleasant experience.

My experience started off great. Now i look at all these 5 star reviews, and i cant help "but wonder why I was mistreated?"I was pre approved by OneMain through a third party and I applied several days ago. I just got off the phone with Tammy now, and having quite a different experience.I knew the car for collateral wouldn't work, and said so from the start. At that point, she told me I was being offered a smaller loan. THE ONLY REASON I NEED A LOAN IS COVID. If everything was going well, why would I be getting a loan? So after discussing the offer with my wife, and getting her to agree to help me pay this back same month, I called Tammy back to inform her we woukd take the offer. I had only a vaction time check to show as income for check stubs, however I have SEVERAL sources of income, and could produce bank statments, or whatever PROOF they need along with my wife's full time employment. Before I could explain to TAMMY the situation, she was already telling me "No". I listened to her completely misunderstanding me, and tried to get her back in the same page. Again in our conversation she was giving me negative responses, causing me to feel that she had already made up her mind. It seemed like once she couldn't get our car for the collateral, the deal was over. Which I had already accepted, but for the persistence of One Main to make another offer, this would have ended peacefully. Now, here I stand watching as she chops down verbally the deal she brought to me. I felt embarrassed, a little humiliated. But if I don't tell my story, and they mistreat the next person, I would feel responsibility. Never again. Not With OneMain.

If I could give these lovely ladies 10 stars I would. They were so helpful beyond how much help I needed! Victoria and Corina are truly amazing! Appreciate you and God bless! :)

Everyone I dealt with at the One Main Financial location I went to was very patient and courteous. I have only had good experiences with One Main and will continue to use them for my financial needs.

The new Manager Maria, is an air-head! Bring back April! She did an amazing job running this branch! This place is obviously downgrading or lowering their standards for QUALIFIED managers when they bring incompetent people like Maria and rid the good qualified people like April. Talking with her was like speaking to a 5 year old. Come on One Main...You can do so much better than this! #dontlowerstandards!!!

Applied for a loan here and was approved right away. Was gonna used my truck to refinance it through them. Got everything going and when i got there today. I was told "I don't make enough." I have 2 jobs but still don't make enough. Instead of saying we're approved just tell us we're denied right away Instead of us wasting gas and going to the local store waiting an extra 30 mins to be denied.

It seems that speaking with a manager at a OneMain location is like hoping to find a well of fresh water in the desert. This was the second location my elderly parent attempted to conduct business with and to no avail, even after approval were we able to have the courtesy of speaking with the person we were directed to speak with, by Corporate Management. To bad their customer relations skills aren't as high as their interest rates.

Ive had a loan with OneMain before, and they make it easy to apply and receive your funds same day. This is an agency I would continue to bank with
