I've previously done a loan with TitleMax and the person who helped, Karina, was very nice and helpful in explaining the loan. The loan was paid off, quickly, and I got my title back. This time I came in and Isiah, covering for someone and from a different store, helped me out. We had some long conversations about the loan and the high interest rates. We talked about the cost of the loan on a daily basis and it helped me to decide to pay the loan off as early as possible (highly recommend). If you don't pay it off quickly or can't, they'll explain the options you have but be aware of the interest rate, they don't hide it and it's as plain as day. Great loan place and awesome loan representatives if you can learn to be financially responsible.

My mother and I went in the other day. The two women working were very courteous and friendly. They explained everything in full detail, were very patient with us and answered all of our question. Awesome experience over all.

The girl who helped was very professional and accurate, she went out of her way to get me a bottle of water because I had just gotten out of work and I was literally dying of thirst. She was also fast and helped me get out of there quickly. Very good work.
