I needed a loan and WF was able to loan me 2000 on my Credit History and Signature. It was soooooo appreciated and the payback is easily made. Bank I've been with for 14 years required collateral and their interest rate was on par with WF. I'm happy to be a customer.

So my loan was recently sold to this loan company cuz the one I was with is no longer doing business in Albuquerque cuz of interest caps in NM but I paid my loan payment over the phone and had to keep repeating myself and then I asked for a receipt to be sent in the US Mail and I was told they don't do that and I could come in to office that's clear across town from where I live and get my receipt printed in the office so I'm guessing I'm going to pay off the this Loan and be done with this mess of a Loan

There very friendly they're giving me a new chance at getting my credit back up an start over........ Update so im out almost 250 for a product I needed repaired which wasn't covered by warranty because I was never informed by a past employee who worked there an all they did was call head office an try an sell me a speaker for more money what a shame you all messed up an screwed me over with the lack of training an work ethic. So disappointing
