CNB Bank, Carlsbad, NM

WORST BANK IN THE COUNTRY! Not listed with the BBB. I'm one of many that have had horrific experiences with CNB. My business was forced to close and now CNB is suing me for $200k personally for a business loan. BUYER BEWARE!!

I LOVE CNB! I must say I have never had a bad experience with them in over 15 years. The tellers are always nice and efficient. Highly recommend.

Constantly get locked out of my account, call to make sure my card is active and it never is, I’m about to close my account with this bank cause I don’t wanna travel and have to deal with a bank that’s just gonna leave me stranded, really sick of them and they need to step it up

I have been the Quartermaster at the VFW Post 8703 in Carlsbad for some time now and CNB has been our bank. The staff has always been friendly and very professional. It's a small town bank and when I walk in the door, everyone greets me with a smile and wave. They make it easy to be a customer there! Keep it up, CNB!!!!

Has to be the worst bank I’ve ever been to. The tellers are rude as hell and they take 4 1/2 years to cash a check and make deposits.

I have a loan thru this bank. When I try to call and make a payment, I can never get an answer. As of today, this is the fourth month in a row to have this problem.
