I actually live close to this bank and needed some $5’s for 2-$50’s I had and also 2-10’s for the 1-$20 I had. Pulled up and told them what I was needing. The girl asked if I was a customer. I said maybe a potential one I live near here. She said she’d have to ask. Came back and asked me 3 times what change I needed. Then she came and said she had to have my drivers license 😳😳😳. The girl working next to her was telling her no but she wouldn’t give up. Finally I just said this is ridicules and left. Idk her name but what happened to customer service. Was it b cause I had been working all day and was looking a mee
