First New Mexico Bank, Las Cruces, NM

When getting a loan with this make sure you get all information correct and complete with paper work. We bought land and at the time of loan everything looked good and sounded great which it was not. Land should of been inspected, and made sure was good to move into with home never happened plus other issues at same time come to find out after we had first payment. We still are not living at property we bought. I don't recommend bank. I do recommend to do research before you get hooked and regret what you were emotional about. Good luck

Poor service. Not being a customer, they refused to cash rolls of coins i had. Went to bank to see how i would be treated and it showed. THEY JUST LOST A,POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMER. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

After reading the negative reviews, I just had to chime in. My husband and I have been banking with First New Mexico Bank for 18 years, and to this day, we have NEVER had a negative experience—quite the opposite. We are always treated respectfully by everyone who works there, including management. I can't even imagine banking anywhere else. First New Mexico Bank, thanks for your excellent service.

Excellent experience. Mrs. Jaycee Offutt, Misty Madrid, Diane Tovar, Mrs. Pantoja, and all the bank staff that talked to my husband and I were very friendly, professional and efficient. Everybody were above and beyond our expectations. Without 1st New Mexico Bank and their staff help, my husband and I could not accomplish our dream of having a home that we needed so badly. Thank you all for everything you did for us. We highly recommend 1st New Mexico Bank and their staff.

We did our land loan through FNMB. We worked with Richard to get the loan, and we just finished paying it off and he also assisted with getting all of that concluded. We would definitely use them again. Wish they had mobile banking, that would be the only negative, as we either had the option to pay over phone for a charge, send a check, or set up auto-payment. Not terrible options, but would be nice to have been able to pay online
