The only reason this gets 1 star is because it won’t let me give it Toilet ratings. We have been working with Bethany Williams. From the very beginning, she wouldn’t respond to our numerous texts, phone calls and emails. We called her for over 3 weeks just trying to get pre-qualified. When I was finally able to speak to her about pre-qualifying, she yelled at me and told me that the property we were selling was still on the market, and that we had plenty of time; That property had gone under contract the week before. Then, When she finally did call us to come in for a meeting, she failed to tell us what documents we should bring, and belittled us for not having them in hand. She talks to our realtor about our case and our finances and by the time it gets to us we get incomplete information. This is our loan, and should be discussed with us, not our realtor This woman needs to find another line of work... like maybe dog walking.
