I called this place to get a loan to pay off my credit cards. I ended up getting my credit cards paid off, plus my car paid off and a little extra cash for my pocket! All with a lower monthly payment!!! The staff are also very friendly and it was a comfortable atmosphere. All together it was a very pleasant experience!! Thank you!!!!

Regional Finance called me looking for someone I don't know and who does not live at my address and never has. When I told the woman that I didn't know the person and they don't live at my address she was very rude and "mouthy." I have absolutely no need for the services of this business but, if I did, I wouldn't deal with them based on how rude this woman was when it was she who was calling the wrong number. I didn't call her! She was bothering me on a Saturday I was trying to spend with my family. If they are this rude with people who aren't their customers, I can only imagine how they would be with customers who don't pay them on time. Maybe a little knee breaking going on??! Beware! Be a little more polite and business like next time, especially if you're not even talking to the person you're looking for!

Worked with Luna at the Golf Course location over a period of 2 days, and she was very helpful. Finally got the loan done, thanks to her hard work. The only fly in the ointment was when I came back to complete the signing of the documents, the guy at the front desk screamed out rudely, "Do you have an appointment?!?". I ignored his query and walked over to Luna's desk, who had motioned me over after I walked in. Whoever that person was that asked that question needs a lesson in how to treat people with respect. Maybe customer service is not his forte...

Dora is very professional and helpful beyond her job requirements. I almost went with another company and I'm glad I didn't. I couldn't be happier with the experience so far.
