Wanted to borrow $5,500. Asked about interest rates before we began. Didn’t reveal rate until after running hard credit bureau. Was approved for only $3,500 at 52.27% interest. I would never have allowed them to run my bureau had I been made aware of their internet. I ended up using my credit card for 24%. Stay away from World Financial unless you’re desperate. But the staff are nice.

Amazing customer service.. we all need a little extra these holidays... they have not been easy... I walked in skeptical as always and I was greeted with a kind positive attitude and an amazing warm personality (Vanessa). She was absolutely amazing... I’m so happy and so grateful... thank you Vanessa for making everything so smooth and easy..

They can't seem to get their payment portals fixed, & can't seem to contact you when THEY cancel a payment!

My experience with this office is always positive!!! Great customer service every time and they are always available when I need them most. Amanda is wonderful, she is professional and very nice at the same time!
