I'm not big on reading or leaving reviews, because most seem fake. Espcially with gold buyers. I read reviews of others and and this was the only one that seemed legit. I think because Advantage is also a check cashing store they are able to offer more money for gold. Not sure, either way I called around and I got the highest quote from Advantage for a necklace (that was supposed to go to my now x-girlfriend). This worked out perfct because I needed to cash a check, too. They were fast and honest. If you need to sell gold, Advantage is the best I found online. They don't haver that 'pawn shop' feel, just straight up. Anyway, thanks guys!

The employees act overly rude and cruel to customers. Business phone has a voicemail asking callers to leave a number and they will call you right back, then never call and claim they do not have a passcode to check voicemails. I kindly asked “why does your message say leave voicemail?” She was snappy and said “really, you’re gonna argue with me over our voicemail”, I replied “Im just asking nicely as I was wondering why no one has ever returned my calls”. Girl replied “we have no reason to call you back we do not do business with you”. II replied “My paychecks are serviced through this business?” She replied “yeah, you pick up your checks we don’t do any business with you we don’t make any money from you”. Then she hung up on me.
