I had a positive experience with the staff at this place when I applied for a loan. They were helpful and courteous throughout the process. However, I did encounter a challenge when my application was reviewed. It seemed that the individuals responsible for the review lacked a clear understanding of small business LLCs, which is the structure of my business. This led to some confusion and got denied. I believe that better training in this area would greatly improve the overall service quality.

Johanna is a doll and made the process very easy. She explained everything I needed and made it all friendly!
