Charged me 600 dollars interest on a long term loan borrowed 400 paid 700 and still owed 300 what a rip off ..I'm broke now but I paid it off ...never again .moneytree is so much better

What a disgusted experience....I never had to be call to remind about my business with them; my phone experience was ugly to the point cant forget this ugly person name Dave Cox....good job DOLLAR LOAN CENTER!! U guys need to retrain ur personnel on how to interact with customers ...

Had to wait 25 minutes then they don’t welcome you also I was in line and they let someone make a payment while I waited 15 more minutes bad customer service terrible contact with thete customer. I waited 125 minutes then I went home to get another piece of address form and waited 1 hour 30 minutes I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

To expensive, high interest rates, cant make payment over the phone, charges extra to make payments online this is bery inconvinient for working people...SMH!. All in all serices are getting more poor as we go...i dont recomend anymore and will not use them again.
