I submitted an online application, they asked for social security over phone instead of online ( I get site isn’t secured ). They call me back and I wanted to complete the application with her but she had this very snide attitude when I asked for some confirmation she is with said company. She answered her name and said company again social security over the phone is sensitive information so all I was asking is to clarification before I gave it. I was going to look at confirmation email which was blank so I figured I’d look online and look at the number she called from is number from the company. ( so many scams now a days ) I just wanted to be safe. She had more snide remarks saying she’s been doing this 20 years and if I don’t want to. I said that’s not the case but as you know doing this so long it’s sensitive information. She the. Said confirmed address , email and phone number her position again. All I was asking for some sort of clarification. Anyone now a days can make a website. I was fine with her confirmation, he what upset me was her attitude towards it. Very belittling , it’s already hard and uncomfortable to ask for a loan so I just wanted a little peace of mind. Even a friendly “ I assure I will take care of and everything is secured “ Not “ I been doing this 20 years , so do you want to continue “ Needless to say I decided to try somewhere else. I would rather my brakes give out then deal with such cattiness

Wow!.... filled out an app and the first response from this company was beyond the most rude initial answer I have ever seen from any company. Just wow!!!!! and in ALL CAPS even was their email.

Did your new hires loose the sense of customer service? Why do they talk down to people

The man that works there went beyond great customer service. Was greeted in a friendly manner. Was very quick and professional, I would differently recommend my friends and family to this location.

Sheri was amazing from start to finish I feel as if she took the extra mile for me. Very understanding over all it was a good experience I would definitely recommend to others.

I would recommend this business if you are in a crunch and need a hand . They responded via email the next business day and I was quickly approved and on my way to pick up my loan . The people there were also great , a gentlemen even came from behind the counter to shake my hand and thank him for the business .
