Hector was very helpful, patient, and fast getting back to me! He did my loan over the phone and walked me through everything on the website. He even set up my online account. So all I had to do was upload my documents and esign. Thank you Hector for all the help.

This review is a couple weeks late but Alfonso, the store manager at Rainbow/Washington location is patient and just amazing. He made me aware to something on my credit report that turned to be fraudulent. I am currently able to fight it and move forward. Alfonso and DLC are just amazing.

The employees were nice and kind but when applying for a loan (I was approved for) I feel like the goal post continued to moved. I provided them with every piece of documentation they asked for. I work for a small business remotely and ran into car problems that I needed help with. The employee and the manager both said the company needed a landline in order to verify employment. Not every company has a landline especially small businesses. This is a very old way and should be updated by the company if this is in fact true. If you work for a small business, I do not recommend dollar loan center for you.

Hector was amazing. Im sick and can not work for a whole week. We did everyting online and over the phone the processs was so easy my payments are super cheap. And he says they report to your credit every 30 days. Awesome way to build credit to. They are truly a life saver.

Hector was top notch professional even though he was the only working taking calls, checking out other payments, while dealing with me he did it with clearly someone with understanding on how to handle the situation

So this place has unique rules and that is helpful in a lot of ways. Like they are better than the other payday loan places. However, if you already have a loan. And if you need a loan they will allow you this. But, you cannot borrow less than $100. $50 is preferable. You know. But, you then have to clear the interest of your previous loan. Even if you just paid a payment. So, if you need like $25 or $50 then this is a stupid practice. Lol if I had $25 I would not have needed their services. So I think they force you into a $100 minimum knowing full well you're really getting $75. It makes the process less than mentally logical. So this is why 2 stars.
