I had the pleasure of being helped by Hugo. He was very polite professional and knowledgeable. He processed my loan very quickly and efficiently while also helping other patrons. I felt very comfortable and confident in the loan process with him. It was very quick and I was on my way with the money I needed. I would highly recommend using Dollar loan center it has been a very convenient and pleasant experience for me overall.

Needed cash ASAP were able to give me the most in the shortest time possible I would recommend to anyone with decent credit took me a two day process online since I work 9am-6pm and had to complete documents and such on my breaks/free moments. Chelsea was amazing and patient.

The online department was great. They were able to answer every question I had and also were very patient with me the entire time. Great team and great leadership is a huge factor and this dept has shown me that is what they have by taking great care of me. I will always choose direct deposit vs going to a store !

Did on line app. They advertise 30 min approval. After 2 days still didn't here from anyone. Finally called. Rep took my info and said she would check on my loan. Came back 15 min later and asked for my info again. Poor customer service and dont meet their advertisements. Canceled and went to a competitor. Had cash in hand 30 min later. Dont wast your time with these guys.

I’ve used their services a number of times so I have a good sense of their operating habits. DLC is very open about what is expected and very professional in their manner. My most recent contact was with a young man, Gio, that was incredibly friendly and even more professional in his attempts to help me with a loan. Applying for a signature loan can be awkward but Gio made this a comfortable smooth transaction and I appreciate that a great deal. If you need a SHORT term loan this is the place to go and if you have realistic expectations you’ll be as satisfied as possible. BTW I’ve dealt with at least 10 different associates and 9 of them were very easy to deal with………… nobody’s perfect.
