Even under pressure, Kristin is amazing at what she does. She has been very helpful and provides an excellent customer sevice.

The staff have great rapport building and make you feel comfortable. They're also quite knowledgeable so any questions you may have they're willing to answer.

If I could put 0 I would. I was originally supposed to be switching employers, but my current employer promoted me so wouldn’t be leaving, but still need help at the moment. I mentioned leaving to them and then mentioned that I can provide proof that I am still with my employer and the manager from the original store(applied online) and manager at this location Tony opted to not help because they said I can’t provide proof, which I can.

I had such a wonderful experience with Tony, he was so patience, helpful and considerate, thank you Dollar Loan Center.

Kristen always provides excellent service, is very patient, and is outstanding in her role at DLC. Thank you for everything you do.
