I would highly recommend to not go and get a loan here or even if you’re desperate they will scam you out of your money and they are not helpful in any way, shape, or form their interest is extremely high. Second the employees here are just absolutely rude. There’s 2 ladies who names unfortunately I didn’t get who have terrible customer service and really don’t know how to separate their attitude in the work place. Also doesn’t know how to speak to people who are seeking help. They really know how to make you feel less of yourself for coming to get a loan. It’s already embarrassing having to borrow money. They shouldn’t make your experience so unpleasant. Highly unprofessional and just not worth the time. DONT GO HERE!

I was a little tight on money for the holidays and was looking to get some extra cash. Luckly I came across Sierra Financial on my way back home. The staff here greeted me with a smile and made me feel valued. Celia helped me with the process which was simple and fast! They provided excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

Potentially the worst company of all time. You pay more than double your loan in interest and they take it out of your account every 5 business days not ever month like normal companies. The customer service is a 1 star, the management are scam artists and the company itself has the worst interest rate of any loan company available. Take your business else where i warned you first.

It's a scam. The APR is 526.33333%. They took $198 from my account bi weekly and it's just a loan processing fee. I requested my payoff statement and they told me I can only do it Friday-Monday, after they took another $198. Then, I'd be able to call in and pay the FULL amount I borrowed. CS REP sent me a payment schedule that totaled over $3,000. I took out a $600 loan and you're just going to steal money hoping that people would just not call in to pay off the loan. Luckily, I requested payoff after two weeks or I'd be expecting the loan to just go away and it doesnt. They are set up to profit from people who didnt have the money in the first place. DO NOT BORROW FROM THIS PLACE

They are very helpful and it was a very quick process. Interest rates are not bad at all. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a affordable loan.
