I would like to leave a compliment for Alejandra at the Sahara and Ft. Apache office. She was very friendly and efficient in helping me with a small additional increase in my loan amount. It was a pleasant experience all around. I am glad that I chose Dollar Loan Center. The TV commercials really are true!

I wanted to give a 5 star rating to the Felicia and the staff at the Dollar Loan center located @ 9101 W Sahara Ave # 100 Las Vega, NV. Every time I go in they make me feel like I am home. They always greet me with a smile and call me by my first name. The staff are very knowledgeable, customer focus and friendly. They always take the time to answer all of my questions. And make sure I am happy when I leave. Dollar Loan Center, should be very proud to have such wonderful, caring, customer focus staff working for them. I would give them a 10 Star review if I could. They deserve it. They always promote the business and ask for referrals. I am happy to refer my family and friends to their location because of the type of customer service they have shown and provided to me. I like going their just to say ha, because they make you feels like family. Kudos to the ladies ,with the warm smiles. :))) I look forward to seeing you all again. I had the best experience with Alejandra from w Sahara DLC. She was fast and she really walked me through step by step to complete my loan efficiently. Thank you for your hard work and great customer care!!!

The customer service when you walk in is professional. Unfortunately it was a first time negative experience I have in a place like this. Tracy had us sitting there for 43 minutes. Took all my husbands information , even called his job. Kept saying give me 5 more minutes over and over that she was almost done. Waited to the very end to ask why he had a debt from 2 years ago. Mind you she could've asked us way sooner. Then denied my husband the couple hundred dollars he was going to pay back in 5 days. We don't mind being denied, we get that each business has a policy. What I don't understand is why wait so long , keep telling us she's almost done and we are good to go, only to have us waiting and denied. She asked us something she could've asked sooner and not waste our time. If any of you come here and get her, tell her to ask you the "important couple questions" in the beginning and save you your time.

Definitely don’t recommend. Extremely nosey, if i am approved. Why are you asking me personal question on the reasons I wanna borrow the loan for. Does it matter? They ask me the reason why and then wanted to know extra details. As long as you guys get your money back is all that should matter. Extremely nosey, and not simple. Lol no thanks
