Bank of Nevada, Mesquite, NV

Not the biggest banking customer they have, but have been treated very well. Always get my questions/concerns taken care of. They are all very helpful and friendly.

Manage my Mother's finances & prior to transferring some of her funds into an established account here, brought in POA documents, etc. to ensure there would be no issues. Was advised everything was in order, however when I returned the following week with check in hand, now there were problems. Additionally, twice left voice messages with branch manager / VP (Dan Wright) who was unavailable at the time & he never returned my calls. Had selected Bank of Nevada for my banking needs in Mesquite based upon location of this branch, but after the above treatment & the removal of their ATM, why bother. Moved my accounts to Mountain America Credit Union which is just down the street. In addition to their customer support being head & shoulders above Bank of Nevada's, the rates at MACU are better.

Staff is professional and friendly. Love this bank.

Very pleasant place to go to do business. All the tellers and people there are very friendly, outgoing and always willing to help out or answer any questions that you may have. I would recommend this business to anyone . Keep up the great work!!
