Chase and his team were fantastic. We had to sell our home in UT before we could purchase our new home in Sun City, whose mortgage Chase was working on. Selling our old home turned out to be a royal headache and was a huge distraction. Chase and team were very patient and understanding while we worked through that phase of our journey. After we sold, the sellers of our home in Sun City offered to move closing up two weeks from Sept 15 to Aug 30. Chase and team made it happen.
