Visited on Christmas Eve and saw store manager Abby. She is great...friendly fast and knowledgable! I am a multiple return customer. Straight forward process, easy application process, in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend Loan Max to everyone.

This is my first time doing a google review but this location deserve it. Today I met with one of the kindest people in Reno, Nevada. Abby has such a great hospitality and sense of humor. Also, her assistant is really nice and presentable. I liked the atmosphere in this location and I highly recommend it for people who seek fast cash and willing to provide their car title as collateral. Abbey is Amazing!!! She had us approved immediately no questions asked while other loan places had waited a week to try to approve me, as they seem to not care, Abby was on it and made this process easy and bot confusing. She better not leave! She deserves a 20 star. Her staff are very kind and made me feel like this was home.

Found this location online and walked in and met with Abby and KJ two of the most wonderful and kind people I’ve met in a long time. Helped me and my girlfriend Veronica Small with a title loan same day. It was easy and quick and again I can’t say enough about the quality customer service we received at this location. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable about their services. They helped us get on our feet We just moved from CA. We had an out of state title loan and it was easy breezy!!
