This branch has always been helpful, transactions are quick and easy, Dustin helped me over the phone understand exactly what I needed and Vanessa was great at helping get it done fast as I was on my lunch break. Great customer service!

Terrible place they had the audacity to ask me about my checks on why I had four same checks with four different amounts and why I haven’t been into cash them never had a problem cashing checks until now so they lost my business cause I wanna keep privacy on how I’m getting paid it’s none of their business. Seems to me they judge and get suspicious when I wanna cash all my checks in one day for the entire month. I felt judged and discouraged to cash my check and made me feel like I was in the wrong for not wanting to provide why I’m causing all four.

This location has been cashing my payroll check under “other” so the can get more profit and I didn't realize what was happening until I showed my parents and they said money tree has be ripping me off $85 to cash a normal check. Once I went to talk to the manager they thought my check was fake and made me drive all the way home to get a pay stub.
