I don't know where to begin with honestly. I truly believe that my relationship with CCTG is a blessing in disguise. I had an opportunity to meet with and learn from great individuals in the field of finance industry which is my dream business and not only I learned and got exposed to wealth of the finance education, but also I made a great connection with its founder and CEO, Kris Roglieri. A true gentlemen, caring, ensuring that we understood the industry, supportive , funny, knowledgeable ,.... and the list goes on. I could see the passion in his team as I saw in him. I own a similar consulting business in Hospitality and real estate in TX and to meet someone with the same practices, ethics and above all care, it is rare. I highly recommend CCTG if you are passionate about the finance business. Being a seasoned businessman, it is not hard for me to relate the battle scars that an individual or a company has earned. Well done! Really enjoyed this training. It was intense but packed with good information and insight. The interaction with the different lenders was excellent and provide many opportunities to get our questions answered. Finally, the CCTG staff did a great job and it showed their professionalism.

I found Commercial Capital to be Very Professional. The entire staff from the CEO Chris, to the employees in the office were accomadating and attentive to all of the future Commercial Capital associates. The training was varied, and covered many private capital lenders (they varied in categories that they specialized in ) that have aligned their business with CC. I found the Private Lenders that did presentations made an effort to recognize they were training new people, and stayed at ground level I was frankly impressed. Now my work begins and I am confident the support in CC Corporate office will be equal to the training

Kris and the team at CCTG did an amazing job for our training class. The class delivered everything promised and a lot more. The breadth of knowledge I gained from trainers and the lenders far exceeded my expectations, which were already high coming in. I feel like I put my commercial lending career in overdrive in this information packed week. Having experience in residential lending and other financial services, I know from experience that it would have taken me years to get to the knowledge level that I am at now after this training. And there is no substitute to the direct access that I now have to over 50 preferred lenders that offer a wide variety of lending options covering virtually every industry. I am very confident in my ability to field just about any type of financing request, which I feel puts me far ahead of any banker and most other commercial brokers. In my first week out of training, I have looked at 5-6 different deal scenarios from referral sources and have received quick responses and helpful guidance from the team at CCTG. They are accessible and their feedback gives me confidence that I am not only structuring the deal properly for lender review, but just as importantly, that I can position the loan as a workable solution for my clients. I would highly recommend the CCTG program for anyone who is serious about forging a career in commercial finance.

I honestly did not know what to expect when I attended CCTG training, but it ended up being way better than I could have imagined. All of the staff was friendly, encouraging, and constantly reiterated to the class to reach out to our support team as often as we need to to help us get our business off to a good start. It was a lot of information to take in, but everyone who presented was patient and made sure to answer all of our questions and clarify anything we weren’t sure about. I was fortunate to be in a class with a great group of people where everyone was willing to share knowledge and information. I was very pleased with my experience and I truly believe that attending the in-person class was the best decision I could have made.
