This Credit Union is from the stone ages. The communication is bare minimum and loan applications take almost two weeks to decision. There are so many better out there!

Helpful and available

Gave them a second try for a car loan after a bad experience a few years ago. Nothing has improved. Any other institution I've ever used had the financing ready within hours. I'm on day 3 of hoops and more hoops. I'm done. I have excellent credit and plenty of assets, being jerked around like this is insulting. I have taken my business elsewhere and will now have my new car in less than 24hrs

I've gotten several different loans thru them. They make it real easy and very personable. They make you feel like a person and not just an account number, even to the point of calling me and discussing it when something wasn't right with one of my loan payments. I don't plan on ever using another company!!
