Don't try to call them. You'll be on hold. Want to use Quickbooks with Empower? Nope. You'll have to manually upload your transactions. And here is a true story...I once deposited a check. Got a deposit receipt showing deposit and balance and they never deposited the check. Not like it just took time to clear. It actually was never put in my account. How is this possible?

Best CreditUnion I have belonged to. Employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Have never had any problems with any of their services. They are very helpful and friendly.

I was helped right away. The person taking care of me was so kind and helped me with everything I needed also gave me a fresh start in the right direction.

The banking system is slow and it takes longer than any other bank I've used for funds to move in and out of my account. They have a ridiculous check fund hold policy, so even if your check is from a verified source they put holds on it. I've had transactions that stayed pending for well over the 72 hour expiration period even when the merchant cancelled the transaction. They need to update their systems to join the 21st century.

This bank was the only bank that helped me and was nice to me when I had credit problems years ago! I tell everyone to join! I feel they helped me re-build my credit and did NOT treat me like a 2nd class citizen because if my credit issues! Now my score is over 835!!!!! Thank you Empower FCU for helping me when nobody else would!!!!

The worst! I have an equity line of credit. I pay every month on time and often additional on the principal. The hike in interest rates had reflected in an increase in my monthly payment. After several months and reviewing my account, I found that 100% of my payments over the past several months is being applied only to the interest on my account. When I called to ask why this is happening, it took several people over four weeks to give me an answer. The answer I got was, “Although you are making the payments that your statement is generating, the payments your making are not sufficient enough to cover your interest”. 🤔 Therefore, although I am making payments on time and in the amount my statement says too, I am falling behind on accumulating interest. It seems Empower is not billing me enough to cover the interest so the end result is, if I continue to pay what they tell me is due, I will never pay off any money on the principal. This seems like quite a scam. Making payments month after month with NO deductions from your principal. Check your accounts and let me know if this is the same situation you are dealing with.

Need to be a member just to get something notarized. They wouldn't even allow me to pay just to having something notarized. Not everyone wants to be a member of a bank.

the service is ok is just 1time experience trying finance 1quarter of the amount I'm putting down and they denied me.. why would I lose 3 quarters for 1quarter? doesn't add up even if it doesn't show I'm making enough on papers.. hey no one will lose 75% for 25% make that sale! and with a credit score of 750 sadly I went to the HONDA dealer they told me the same but when I showed them my credit score they made the sale!
