The bankers are always friendly and willing to answer many questions. Even ones that should be obvious to most, but some of the unwritten rules of finances go over my head.
They were especially helpful when I applied for a credit card in 2019 and naturally, I'd ask about what APR is and all those abbreviations I didn't know about at the time.
I wanted to know what exactly I was getting into, as the credit card business can be a bit risky if you don't know what you're doing. So I would recommend this bank, especially to citizens of Chittenango

a miscommunication resulted in me missing the lobby being open in order toget a new debit card. Staff were able to address my need thru the drive-up window. Jessie was fantastic, unbelieveably great customer service

Absolutely miserable to deal with on the phone. When I call because I have honest questions of my loans or somthing with my banking I am spoken to with in an annoyed tone as if I am a nucance and interrupting them. They all answer my questions in a condescending manner when All I want is clarification. This has happend multiple times with what sounds to be multiple different people. I am very freindly and patient to them on the phone so to be met in return with this tone is ridiculous.
