NBT Bank, Cicero, NY

Cannot wrap my head around locking the lobby at random to limit the number of customers in the lobby. How are we supposed to know when we’ll be able to come in? Why not just require masks if it’s a concern?

Rude everytime. This branch is filled with older workers who have strong opinions about their customers, I have been "helped" here numerous times only to have Ben here blame me for an incident on my account. Particular older lady here cashed a check told me she would hold it, that if it was fishy it would be okay. Ben told me today that it was my own fault for cashing a suspicious check, when it was from my own boss. Real friendly, pal. Talk about unprofessional. Staff is always rude except Stephanie, I think she's the only kind person there. Getting sick of this town and all the games in Syracuse.

I have been a member of NBT bank since I opened my first bank account in high school. I have never had a bad experience and customer service is always amazing.

Was very friendly when I applied for my credit card. Nice place!

Convenient location

While I was depositing 200$+ cash, one of the bank clerks almost lost me 100$. After I made a deposit to my checking account I checked my receipt after and I was missing 100$. Good thing I noticed right away and she fixed it. But right after the other clerks were trying to get me to get free snacks from the table. But sadly I won’t be returning to this NBT location again. I live downtown Syracuse and never had this happen to me. Very odd, sus some may say. 🤔
