My wife and I were blown away at how well Sarah, (BM) of Cicero, took care of our needs. Never have we had a bank devote their resources in this manner. The whole team in Cicero went above and beyond to help us get the best rates possible. On top of that, there was a time crunch involved and they all worked fiercely to earn our business. If your looking for a banking organization you can trust, you found it! This is a very well run branch and we could not be happier.... Thank you Sarah.

The branch is understaffed on Saturday. The teller was polite and professional at location. However, since there're other customers in line and he was the only teller and he'd need to call home office for information for me, we agree that he should help the others and can call me back later with the info, well, he never did that.

Wonderful helpful staff! Clean facility, easy to open an account with. Plenty of parking in the lot, and easy to get to since it’s right off the 481. I wish there was more than two locations in the area!!
